Giving Back

Some people call it that warm, fuzzy feeling. To the OOTS crew, it’s just being human and having a little soul.

Being able to do the job we do is a privilege and at OOTS we love giving back to charities, small business operators and starts ups to help kick-start their dream.

Here’s some of the work we’ve done for them.

CONDAs

OOTS contributed in kind their design, video production and event management services to the 2014 City Of Newcastle Drama Awards night. The CONDAs are Newcastle’s most prestigious theatre industry honour, encouraging excellence through a range of award categories.

Loop the Lake

OOTS has supported Loop the Lake for over 7 years. Loop the Lake is an annual charity bicycle ride, organised by the Rotary Club of Warners Bay to raise money for the John Hunter Children’s Hospital.

The Bella Journey

OOTS was proud to support The Bella Journey – a multi faceted project to help support girls navigate tricky feelings; feelings like anxiety, depression and lack of self worth. Suicide is still the leading cause of death for young people aged between 16-24, above road accidents.

Live For Kids

OOTS donated their time and services to film, edit and produce a promotional video for the 2012 Live For Kids Cycle Challenge. Live for Kids is a Newcastle-based organisation supporting children’s health in the Hunter Region.

Cancer Council

OOTS are a proud sponsor of the inaugural Cancer Council, Stars of Newcastle Event. This event sees local stars dance it out, with the aim to raise $100,000 for Cancer Council. Being passionate supporters of Newcastle OOTS also loved being involved with this event given all funds raised stay in the Hunter to help local families affected by cancer.

Newcastle Inspired

OOTS fully funded the ‘Newcastle inspired’ project to inspire greater positivity within the Hunter region.

Access Industries

OOTS is proud to support Access Industries, a not for profit registered charity that has been in operation for more than 60 years. Access Industries mission is to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities, through direct employment in their factory divisions located in Newcastle and throughout NSW.
